Perfil profesional

Mi línea de investigación principal es el estudio de las características espaciales y temporales del campo magnético terrestre pasado a partir del registro magnético “fósil” de objetos arqueológicos, rocas y sedimentos. Me interesa no sólo esta temática en sí misma sino también su aplicación a distintos campos de las Geociencias como, por ejemplo, el estudio de la dinámica del núcleo externo terrestre donde el campo geomagnético tiene su origen principal o el estudio del Cambio Global a través de la datación e identificación de cambios paleoclimáticos mediante proxies magnéticos.
